{"id":7358,"date":"2021-09-21T09:40:34","date_gmt":"2021-09-21T12:40:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/montehermoso.gov.ar\/sitio\/?p=7358"},"modified":"2021-09-21T09:50:10","modified_gmt":"2021-09-21T12:50:10","slug":"programa-provincial-mi-casa-y-desarrollo-urbano-costero","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/montehermoso.gov.ar\/sitio\/programa-provincial-mi-casa-y-desarrollo-urbano-costero\/","title":{"rendered":"El intendente y funcionarios recorrieron las distintas obras que se est\u00e1n ejecutando en la ciudad"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Programa provincial \u201cMi Casa\u201d y Desarrollo Urbano Costero.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El intendente Alejandro Dichiara junto al Secretario de Obras P\u00fablicas, Marcos Fern\u00e1ndez, su par de Gobierno, Hern\u00e1n Arranz y el Presidente del HCD, David Quintana, recorrieron las distintas e importantes obras que se est\u00e1n desarrollando en la ciudad.<br>El recorrido inici\u00f3 en el predio ubicado detr\u00e1s del Hospital Municipal y junto al Modular, entre las calles 1\u00b0 de Abril, Puerto Madryn, Rio Dulce y Ren\u00e9 Favaloro, donde ya se est\u00e1n finalizando los trabajos de platea de lo que prontamente ser\u00e1n las 30 viviendas del programa provincial \u201cMi Casa\u201d, obra financiada por el Instituto de la Vivienda dependiente del Ministerio de Infraestructura y Servicios P\u00fablicos del Gobierno de la Provincia de Buenos Aires. Las casas tendr\u00e1n una superficie de 55,88 metros cuadrados con posibilidad de ser ampliadas; contar\u00e1n con dos habitaciones, un estar-comedor, cocina, ba\u00f1o y lavadero; la obra comprender\u00e1 tambi\u00e9n la provisi\u00f3n de los servicios de agua, cloacas, gas y conexi\u00f3n a la red de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica.<br>El jefe comunal junto a sus funcionarios, finalizaron la recorrida por el nuevo Desarrollo Urbano Costero, que tras la ejecuci\u00f3n de los desag\u00fces pluviales y badenes longitudinales en el primer tramo de Costanera, de un total de catorce cuadras a remodelar, avanza con la pavimentaci\u00f3n articulada desde Av. Alfons\u00edn hacia el este, hasta la calle Pedro de Mendoza, con la expectativa de contar con los trabajos finalizados para la temporada estival.<br>Esta obra cuenta con un presupuesto de 97 millones 900 mil pesos y forma parte de la primera de las tres etapas de dicho Desarrollo, proyecto de casi 500 millones de pesos financiado por el Ministerio de Obras P\u00fablicas de Naci\u00f3n que modificar\u00e1 por completo el frente costero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-3 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\"><ul
