{"id":6700,"date":"2021-07-05T11:41:37","date_gmt":"2021-07-05T14:41:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/montehermoso.gov.ar\/sitio\/?p=6700"},"modified":"2021-07-05T11:41:40","modified_gmt":"2021-07-05T14:41:40","slug":"monte-fue-sede-de-la-reunion-de-municipios-costeros-para-tratar-temas-y-problematicas-comunes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/montehermoso.gov.ar\/sitio\/monte-fue-sede-de-la-reunion-de-municipios-costeros-para-tratar-temas-y-problematicas-comunes\/","title":{"rendered":"Monte fue sede de la reuni\u00f3n de municipios costeros para tratar temas y problem\u00e1ticas comunes"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>El pasado viernes, Monte Hermoso fue sede de una reuni\u00f3n que convoc\u00f3 a municipios costeros de la Provincia de Buenos Aires para tratar problem\u00e1ticas compartidas e inherentes al control y legalidad en materia de construcci\u00f3n de edificios, por un lado, y a la aplicabilidad de la Ley de Guardavidas N\u00b0 14.798 en raz\u00f3n del fallo de la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Provincia de Buenos Aires que declara la inconstitucionalidad de los art\u00edculos 12, 14, 15, 16, 17 y 18 incisos 1 y 3.<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>El encuentro tuvo lugar en el Audit\u00f3rium del Centro de Convenciones y participaron los secretarios de Asesor\u00eda Legal y T\u00e9cnica, Dr. Mariano Prieto; de Obras P\u00fablicas, Ing. Marcos Fern\u00e1ndez; de Planeamiento Urbano,&nbsp; Arq. Daniel Pedroni; el Juez de Faltas Municipal, Dr. Nicol\u00e1s Filnich.<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Tambi\u00e9n estuvieron presentes el director de Asuntos Legales de Miramar, Ramiro Pagliaro; el secretario de Obras P\u00fablicas del Partido de la Costa,&nbsp;Walter&nbsp;Natalizia junto a la secretaria de Planeamiento Urbano, Daniela Gim\u00e9nez y al director de Inspecci\u00f3n General, Fabi\u00e1n Taylor.<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Adem\u00e1s de la directora General de Legales de Mar
