{"id":5910,"date":"2021-05-27T11:17:23","date_gmt":"2021-05-27T14:17:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/montehermoso.gov.ar\/sitio\/?p=5910"},"modified":"2021-05-27T11:17:27","modified_gmt":"2021-05-27T14:17:27","slug":"dichiara-firmo-un-convenio-con-ferraresi-para-la-implementacion-de-procrear-ii","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/montehermoso.gov.ar\/sitio\/dichiara-firmo-un-convenio-con-ferraresi-para-la-implementacion-de-procrear-ii\/","title":{"rendered":"Dichiara firm\u00f3 un convenio con Ferraresi para la implementaci\u00f3n de Procrear II"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Ayer por la tarde, el intendente Alejandro Dichiara particip\u00f3 de manera remota de la reuni\u00f3n encabezada por el Ministro de Desarrollo Territorial y H\u00e1bitat, Jorge Ferraresi, donde se realiz\u00f3 la firma de acuerdos con los jefes comunales de los municipios de la sexta y s\u00e9ptima secci\u00f3n electoral de la provincia de Buenos Aires, para facilitar la construcci\u00f3n de viviendas bajo el programa Procrear.<br>Estos acuerdos buscan facilitar las gestiones administrativas necesarias, que permitan optimizar la pol\u00edtica de cr\u00e9ditos y la construcci\u00f3n de viviendas proyectadas por el Gobierno Nacional. El rol de los municipios es ofrecer un sistema de ventanilla \u00fanica para la realizaci\u00f3n de tr\u00e1mites en el marco del Plan Casa Propia, al mismo tiempo que deben asegurar las condiciones para avanzar con obras de infraestructura, aprobaci\u00f3n de planos presentados por las y los beneficiarios, que adem\u00e1s estar\u00e1n exentos del pago de los derechos de construcci\u00f3n y la tasa de visado.<br>En el encuentro, Ferraresi remarc\u00f3 que \u201cLos programas federales del Ministerio de Desarrollo Territorial y H\u00e1bitat se fortalecen con cada intendente que se incorpora a articular acciones.
