{"id":28268,"date":"2026-08-07T14:13:26","date_gmt":"2026-08-07T17:13:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/montehermoso.gov.ar\/sitio\/?p=28268"},"modified":"2026-08-07T14:20:49","modified_gmt":"2026-08-07T17:20:49","slug":"unas-nuevas-cuarenta-familias-firmaron-sus-titulos-de-propiedad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/montehermoso.gov.ar\/sitio\/unas-nuevas-cuarenta-familias-firmaron-sus-titulos-de-propiedad\/","title":{"rendered":"Unas nuevas cuarenta familias firmaron sus t\u00edtulos de propiedad"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En el marco del Programa Provincial de Regularizaci\u00f3n Dominal \u201cMi escritura, mi casa\u201d, esta ma\u00f1ana en el Audit\u00f3rium del Centro de Convenciones vecinos y vecinos de distintos barrios sociales refrendaron de manera gratuita sus t\u00edtulos de propiedad y la correspondiente inscripci\u00f3n de los mismos como \u201cBien de familia\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Previo a las firmas ante la representante de la Escriban\u00eda General de Gobierno, Mar\u00eda de los \u00c1ngeles Villanueva. el intendente Hern\u00e1n Arranz destac\u00f3 esta posibilidad para tantas familias y agradeci\u00f3 al ministro de Justicia de la Provincia, Juan Mart\u00edn Menna, \u201cpor avanzar y garantizar la seguridad jur\u00eddica de tantos hogares montehermose\u00f1os en un contexto econ\u00f3micamente complicado\u201d.<br>Por su parte, la Escribana Villanueva destac\u00f3 la ardua gesti\u00f3n tanto desde Provincia como desde cada \u00e1rea del municipio que \u201csiempre est\u00e1n atentos a facilitar todo lo necesario para este tipo de tr\u00e1mites\u201d.<br><br>Las escrituras, sin costo para el vecino, fueron en su mayor\u00eda refrendadas previamente por el Intendente por tratarse de barrios sociales y haber sido ejecutadas a trav\u00e9s del Instituto de la Vivienda de la Provincia de Buenos Aires;
