{"id":27898,"date":"2026-07-01T10:47:15","date_gmt":"2026-07-01T13:47:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/montehermoso.gov.ar\/sitio\/?p=27898"},"modified":"2026-07-01T10:55:32","modified_gmt":"2026-07-01T13:55:32","slug":"puesta-en-valor-del-camino-sinuoso-este-comenzaron-los-trabajos-de-limpieza-en-el-sector","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/montehermoso.gov.ar\/sitio\/puesta-en-valor-del-camino-sinuoso-este-comenzaron-los-trabajos-de-limpieza-en-el-sector\/","title":{"rendered":"Puesta en valor del Camino Sinuoso Este: comenzaron los trabajos de limpieza en el sector"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En el marco del programa de desarrollo urbano \u201cUniendo caminos, valorando espacios\u201d, la Secretar\u00eda de Mantenimiento y Gesti\u00f3n Urbana inici\u00f3 tareas de limpieza y acondicionamiento del suelo para dar comienzo a la obra de \u201cExtensi\u00f3n de la senda peatonal Paseo Bulevar MH &#8211; Camino Sinuoso Este\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El proyecto integral tiene como objetivo principal potenciar la infraestructura tur\u00edstica y residencial de la ciudad, garantizando la seguridad vial de los peatones mediante un circuito accesible hasta el antiguo portal de acceso a la ciudad, transformado hoy en un sitio hist\u00f3rico cerrado al tr\u00e1nsito, ideal para actividades al aire libre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La obra total comprender\u00e1 una intervenci\u00f3n de 730 metros lineales y se ejecutar\u00e1 en dos etapas: la primera contempla el tramo que va desde la calle Illia hasta el Camino Sinuoso Este, cubriendo una extensi\u00f3n de 470 metros. Posteriormente, se proceder\u00e1 a la extensi\u00f3n del Bulevar MH desde el sector del sem\u00e1foro hasta la calle Illia (260 metros), logrando as\u00ed la unificaci\u00f3n definitiva del corredor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Planificaci\u00f3n y colaboraci\u00f3n vecinal<\/strong><br>La fase inicial requiere el despeje integral de la l\u00ednea municipal de veredas. Por tal motivo, se anticipa a los vecinos frentistas del sector que en los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas recibir\u00e1n una notificaci\u00f3n formal en sus domicilios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A partir de la recepci\u00f3n de dicho documento, los propietarios contar\u00e1n con un <strong>plazo <\/strong>m\u00e1ximo de 30 d\u00edas para retirar de la v\u00eda p\u00fablica cualquier objeto, estructura o elemento de su propiedad, evitando as\u00ed inconvenientes o deshechos involuntarios durante el avance de las maquinarias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con estas acciones, el Municipio reafirma su compromiso con el crecimiento planificado y el embellecimiento de los espacios p\u00fablicos, agradeciendo de antemano la
