class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El secretario de Gobierno, Hern\u00e1n Arranz, junto al delegado de la Junta de Seguridad en el Transporte en Bah\u00eda Blanca, Ezequiel Cortez y a la investigadora de Sucesos Mar\u00edtimos Fluviales y Lacustres, Mar\u00eda Agustina Alonso, realizaron el pasado viernes en el Audit\u00f3rium del Centro de Convenciones la entrega de una distinci\u00f3n a los pescadores artesanales Walter Ruppel y Enrique Garayeta, que durante el verano, exactamente el 6 de enero, protagonizaron el rescate de los dos kayakistas pampeanos que estuvieron 26 horas en el mar, a 17 kil\u00f3metros de la costa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los montehermose\u00f1os recibieron el \u201cPremio a la Seguridad Operacional de la Junta de Seguridad en el Transporte Mar\u00edtimo\u201d del Ministerio de Transporte de Naci\u00f3n que reconoce a personas, empresas p\u00fablicas o privadas, instituciones y ONGs que con su trabajo contribuyen a la mejora en el transporte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cortez manifest\u00f3 que este premio nacional, va por su segunda edici\u00f3n y \u201cpretende destacar el compromiso de los pescadores que reflejan el esp\u00edritu de los montehermose\u00f1os, siempre atentos al cuidado de los vecinos y &nbsp;turistas\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cLa JST es un organismo nuevo que se encarga de la&nbsp; investigaci\u00f3n de distintos accidentes, mar\u00edtimos, ferroviarios, aeron\u00e1uticos, entre otros, para emitir recomendaciones de seguridad operacional recolectando datos y elaborando estad\u00edsticas\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alonso por su parte remarc\u00f3 la importancia de destacar este tipo de acciones, \u201caunque sabemos que ni Ruppel ni Garayeta&nbsp; actuaron en b\u00fasqueda de un reconocimiento sino en pos de salvar la vida de dos personas que se encontraban a la deriva\u201d.<br>\u201cMonte Hermoso tiene hoy dos h\u00e9roes y es necesario visibilizar el cambio que han hecho en la vida de estas dos familias, hoy dos personas siguen con vida gracias a ustedes\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cQueremos destacar el compromiso de los pescadores aqu\u00ed presentes y de sus familias agradeciendo a las autoridades por invitarnos y por proveer este espacio institucional para la entrega de este premio\u201d concluy\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Secretario de Gobierno resalt\u00f3 que \u201cnuestra comunidad de pescadores y sus integrantes tienen experiencia y saben reconocer los riesgos del mar con sus correntadas, mareas y vientos, es justo reconocer su altruismo ya que arriesgaron su equipo de trabajo y su vida por el otro\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tambi\u00e9n el presidente del Concejo Deliberante, C\u00e9sar David Quintana, junto a otros
