Esta ma\u00f1ana en el Audit\u00f3rium del Centro de Convenciones el intendente Marcos Fern\u00e1ndez junto al presidente del Concejo Deliberante, C\u00e9sar David Quintana, y la escribana Mar\u00eda de los \u00c1ngeles Villanueva de la Escriban\u00eda General de Gobierno de la Provincia de Buenos Aires reunieron a siete familias montehermose\u00f1as para la firma de las escrituras de sus viviendas y posterior inscripci\u00f3n definitiva en el Registro de la Propiedad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El Jefe Comunal manifest\u00f3 que este \u00faltimo paso significa \u00abla culminaci\u00f3n de gestiones que brindan seguridad y soluciones a nuestros vecinos; en este caso respaldados por la Escriban\u00eda General de Gobierno que posibilita la inscripci\u00f3n al Registro de la Propiedad de manera gratuita\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seis de las escrituras corresponden a viviendas del Barrio Procasa y la s\u00e9ptima a la Ley 10.830, denominada Escritura Social que beneficia a personas de bajos recursos econ\u00f3micos siempre que el inmueble sea vivienda \u00fanica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En primera instancia, desde \u201cel Gobierno Municipal siempre se apunt\u00f3 a la soluci\u00f3n habitacional en una ciudad que crece demogr\u00e1ficamente pero tambi\u00e9n sabemos la importancia de obtener el t\u00edtulo de propiedad, por lo que de manera permanente junto a la Escriban\u00eda General de Gobierno tambi\u00e9n se trabaja en ello\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
